Self-powered Over-pressure Detection Sensor
A sensor that sends a signal on its own when pipe pressure exceeds the set value
When a pressure pipe reaches or exceeds the set pressure, that pressure moves the sensor, which generates power and sends a signal. Models are chosen according to operating pressure, and with no batteries or wiring, it can be installed at any point on the pipe.
- PowerSelf-powered (no battery)
- Dust · water protectionIP57
- Transmission rangeapprox. 100 m (open field)
- Detection pressure10 bar (20 · 30 bar: prototypes, not yet on sale)
01How it works
- Pressure rise
Due to a fault or mis-operation, pipe pressure rises above the normal pressure.
- Kinetic energy → electricity
Movement caused by the pressure generates power.
- RF transmission
Exceeding the set pressure is sent as a signal.
- Real-time monitoring
The location is identified and responded to.
02Features
A 10 bar model is supplied according to operating pressure, and 20 · 30 bar models have been developed as prototypes and are not yet on sale.
Installed at any point on the pipe.
Suitable for industrial site environments.
Instantly reports pressure rises to prevent explosions and failures early.

08FAQ
QAt what pressure does it operate?
The pressures most commonly used are 10 · 20 · 30 bar. We currently supply the 10 bar model (MWSOP-100) ; 20 bar · 30 bar models are at the prototype stage (not yet on sale). The YouTube demo shows that it also operates at 5 bar. Let us know the pressure you need and we will review it.
QDoes it continuously display the pressure value?
This is a switch-type sensor that reports whether the set pressure has been exceeded. If continuous pressure measurement is required, it is configured together with a separate measuring instrument.
QCan it be monitored together with other sensors?
Since it uses the same 920.7 MHz signal, it is registered on the Signal Monitor and PC monitoring together with fire, valve and door sensors.
