Distribution Panel Power Safety Platform

A disaster monitoring system that monitors emergency, fire and door information in extra-high-voltage switchgear using self-powered sensors

01Why it is needed

Unmanned substations supplying subway power are installed every two subway stations, so disaster and fire response measures are needed.

A fixed-temperature fire detection and monitoring system that installs wirelessly and is easy to maintain can be used.

  • Emergency, fire and door sensor data from extra-high-voltage switchgear displayed on screen
  • Up to 999 sensors registered, unique IDs with no radio interference
  • Text message service is optional after monitoring is installed
  • Protocol matching with existing solutions via the Signal Monitor's RS485

On-site verification — distribution panels

Sensors were installed and tested at cable joints in distribution panels. On a temperature rise above 75 ℃, they send an RF signal by self-powered generation, and PC monitoring and text messages to staff via the receiver's RS-485 link were verified.
