Reliability Tests — 100,000 Cycles · IP57 Dust- and Waterproof

Before shipment, self-powered products undergo three tests to the same standard. The result: IP57 dust and water protection and 100,000 operations.

Durability100,000-cycle operation test

We count the RF signal generated each time a self-powered product is pressed. We confirm that signals are still transmitted and received normally after 100,000 operations, and inspect the condition of internal parts after the test.

DustIP5X dust test

We confirm that no dust penetrates inside after 8 hours of exposure to dust (talc powder 50 – 75 ㎛, 2 kg/m³) per KS C IEC 60529.

WaterIPX7 waterproof test

We confirm that no water droplets penetrate inside after 30 minutes of immersion in an immersion tank (1.0 × 1.0 × 1.2 m) per KS C IEC 60529.
