- Optional: company (organization), email, installation location, estimated quantity, products of interest
- Collection method: the Contact Us form on the website
- Automatically collected: access IP, date and time of visit, browser information (for security and prevention of misuse)
2. Purposes of use
- Reviewing and answering inquiries about product quotes, technical consultation, platform adoption and OEM
- Managing inquiry history and responding to disputes
3. Retention and use period
- Information is kept for 1 year after the reply to an inquiry is completed and then destroyed without delay.
- If the data subject requests deletion, it is destroyed without delay.
- Where relevant laws require retention, it is kept for the period so required.
4. Provision of personal information to third parties
- The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except where there is a legal basis.
5. Outsourcing of personal information processing
- The Company uses a hosting service (Cafe24) to operate the website and does not otherwise outsource the processing of personal information.
6. Procedures and methods of destruction
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose has been achieved.
- Electronic files are deleted using methods that make recovery impossible, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

- Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information.
- Requests can be made by phone or email to the contact below, and the Company will act on them without delay.

- Inquiry details are stored in a private board viewable only by administrators.
- We apply access control to administrator accounts, keep access logs, and operate spam protection and anti-spam measures.

10. Refusal of unauthorized email collection
- We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by email harvesting programs or other technical means, and violators may be punished under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
