When a fire extinguisher, goods or valuables placed on the sensor move, that force generates electricity to send a signal. The same principle is used differently for emergencies, logistics management and theft prevention.

QWhat kinds of objects can it detect?
It operates when an object placed on the sensor is lifted or moved. It has been applied to fire extinguishers, boxes and exhibits, and weight and shape are reviewed to suit each site.
QWhat is the benefit of attaching it to a fire extinguisher?
The moment someone picks up a fire extinguisher is very likely a fire situation. Reporting that moment immediately to the control room and managers helps the initial response.
QHow is it different from a barcode system?
Even without anyone scanning, it sends a signal on its own when an object moves. It integrates with existing logistics systems via the Signal Monitor's RS-485.
