Lighting and AC/DC device control with self-powered wireless switches (Hillstate and IPark apartments)

Self-powered wireless switches were installed in the common areas of new apartment complexes to control lighting without wall work, wiring or batteries.

1. Purpose

• A power-free wireless switch system using self-powered sensors.
• Hyundai E&C apartments needed a power-free switch system that is easy to install and maintain in common areas.
• Applied power-free wireless self-powered switches that need no wall work, wiring or batteries.
• Dust- and water-resistant (IP57), so they can be used in a wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Reliability verified through 100,000-cycle durability and wireless signal transmission tests.

• Self-powered wireless switch system installed in new Hyundai E&C apartments.
• Switches can be installed anywhere, power-free, with no wall work and no batteries.

1. Self-powered wireless switch — Generates electricity from the press of a finger and sends an on/off RF signal
2. Hyundai E&C wireless switch — Custom switch case moulded exclusively for the client
3. Lighting control receiver — LED lighting control: DC receiver; general lighting control: AC receiver
